Coronavirus Update – Maintaining our Service


Most importantly, we hope that all of our clients and their families are keeping well.

During this unprecedented time, the interests of our clients, and our staff are paramount. With this in mind, we wanted to update you on the changes that we have made, and to reassure you that we will strive to maintain PMN’s service levels and advice.


In order to provide as much protection as possible for you and our team, we will be replacing face to face meetings with remote calls. It is not our preference, but we have no other option.

We are however experienced in carrying out these meetings on a remote basis and believe that this experience and our support should continue to be valuable. We have the systems and technology available, and can electronically share key documents with you, to cover during either a telephone call or a video call to make the exercise more personal.


The full team will be operating from their homes. 

We will continue to work flat out, and both your personal adviser and the partners will be accessible, to cover any questions you may have at this difficult time.
